The service and quality is not up to par. Staff is not very knowledgeable in how to properly prepare my coffee drinks. Use to be a good place with good Chai. Rather go elsewhere. The trinidadian lady has a very rude tone towards workers

Who is more important for this location, the drive through crowd, or the walk in crowd? From my experience It seems to me the drive through crowd is more Important, but in the end it doesn't matter because I've had a handful of unsatisfactory service at this location. I live right around the corner from this place, but I will never, EVER, set foot in this establishment again. Thank you for showing me that Wawa is the best place for me to get a cup of coffee throughout my work week.

Love having mi Frozen Vanilla Chai, they make it they way I like it no mre, no less. Customer Service could improve, some employees are more customer service oriented (early shifts)than others (managers included) that's why I gave 4 stars. Store is always clean and nice atmosphere, drive thru is great.
