I have been coming here off and on for the last year and have always had a pleasurable experience. The inside is always clean and neat, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the wifi is always working! One of the best Dunkin Donuts I have been to and will continue to visit!

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever.
First and foremost we went there and the restaurant was completly empty. The man who attended us litterally took 10 minutes to take our order. we asked for 4 things which included a hot latte and a hot chocolate.
We had to repeat our order 7 times. and after 5 minutes he was off the latte. and then he moved on to the other drinks.
Then not only did it take 10-15 minutes to get 4 simple things , they got it wrong! they gave me a large frozen hot chocolate and an ICED latte!
We asked and the same man gave us attitude Thank God we got what I believe to be is the manager. she fixed it up.
I highly do not recommend this place unless you want to be attended by someone who can barley get your order correct and take 20 minutes doing so.
(I also believe the man got fired right then and there)

I ordered a large sweet tea and large watermelon coolata via drive thru. First: the cashier didn't know how to redeem my free drink from the app so she asked for my phone to show a coworker. Second: that coworker reprimanded her in front of me that she's not allowed to take a customers phone. I didn't know nor did I mind since I gave it to her but don't correct her in public. Third: when I got home, the coolata was so diluted I barely tasted the watermelon so I called and was told that they probably didn't put enough syrup. "Bring it back and we'll fix it". Fourth: by the time I brought it back, there was a new supervisor who told me since I didn't have a receipt I couldn't prove I bought the drink from there or that I didn't just refill the cup to get something free.
Needless to say, I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on MetroWest.
