Food was ok but the employees looked like either they hated working there or they just had a bad day. The place was nicely decorated which doesn't explain the employees personalities. No one was rude or disrespectful but, it was very visible in the environment. Floor was a but dirty too.

I have been going here for a very very long time all the way back to a different franchise.
It is always like going home for me.
The kid who is standing behind the counter when I went to high school now runs the place.

Horrible experience this Hardee's didn't deserve one star but i had to give it to be able to post this review. TERRIBLE customer service. During my visit i encountered one of their employees by the name of JESSICA she has a nasty attitude, no people skills, she needs to be retrained. Some one needs to teach her better customer service. I use to go to Hardee's a lot but after this recent visit i will not be going there for awhile. I rather spend my money a place where i will be greeted and treated nice. I'm pretty sure Hardee's will lose a lot of customers if they continue to hire employee's like Jessica.

Usually is ready right away. It took way too long and people that ordered food after me got their food and left. I could not wait to the fries so I left. The staff was very pleasant and the pace was very clean.
