Horrible experience!!!!! Service was basically absent. One mistake after another and very few patrons in the restaurant while we were there. We waited over 30in before even bein waited on. We just got up and left. The 1 star rating is only because the folk singer singing outside was pleasing to listen too. We left without getting served ANYTHING!!! I would definitely recommend not even walk8n g through the door there. Go to the neighboring seafood place. It was awesome!!

First time I went 2 yrs ago it was great the waiter was the best we ever had. My husband and I where there for like 3 hrs having drinks and just enjoying food was great. Now the second time I didn't see the waiter I really wanted I had family members from out of town, the waiter who took care of us party of seven was like in such a rush and almost taking the plates away from us SMH. I asked for a cup of water 4 times the food I asked for was soooo spicy I had the same the last time band it was nothing like this I felt so bad my brother in law suffers from High blood pressure and the waiter was so busy taking other people tables orders, if management sees a party of seven is in and more people are coming in , shouldn't she have more help ? I was upset and ambarresed my sister so much wanted to go it was both our birthday and I told the waiter and she was so not carving. I was going to give an other chance but after reading theses reviews sorry I guess I will not. It's a shame because the first time was great I guess my be because we spent like 200 between my husband and I yes we had drinks and like I said the water was 100% attentive second time around we had no drinks and the waiter kept insisting but we were not wanting liquor that day. Hope things change this is my neighborhood and I have lots of family coming to Orlando wanting to go to Joes and now I'm scared I don't want to disappoint anyone.

My boyfriend and I went here tonight for date night. The service was mediocre. The food was horrible. We split an Artic Steam Pot. The shrimp AND the lobster were over cooked and rubbery. I honestly didn't know food could taste this bad. Both of the corns were literally half the size of a normal corn. Our server didn't come and check on us for 15 minutes so we couldn't tell her about the shrimp. Finally a manager comes over and brings us a new batch. We were finish our meal when my boyfriend looks over my shoulder with a scared look on his face, he got up and smashed a carpenter ant the size of a quarter less than a foot away from my head. I'm not a squeamish person usually, but that made me sick to my stomach. My boyfriend got up to find the manager with the ant in a paper towel, she apologized and said she would take care of the check for us. She came by the table and apologized to me, and then only took 10% off our check. I didn't expect to get our whole check comped but I also didn't expect such a little amount taken off. I will NEVER return to another Joes Crab Shack.

Food is good, but was disappointed when I was charged 13 dollars for a glass of wine. I ordered a Cabernet thinking I get the 7 dollar house wine and the waiter brought the more expensive wine without asking my preference.
Update:Next visit now, food is good but waitress seems to have gone home. Don't expect good service here!

Wednesday all you can eat crab legs for $35 is so worth it and the crab is so fresh and tasty... So worth the money.
I recommend going that day to anyone that likes crab legs
