I enjoy the food the customer service is excellent. I have ordered everything from pizza to stromboli. Food is fresh and always takes me back to Brooklyn.

Best Pizza in Central Florida! We drive 1 hour from Lakeland every week to eat there.. Their Grandma Pizza is the absolute best! Their Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is also amazing!

The menu online is not the menu they currently offer. The specials are no longer offered and they will not match them. Also the wait is always quoted at 45-1 hour, yet it usually takes closer to an hour and a half for it to arrive. If you can to complain nothing is done... I love their food, just wish the customer service matched.

Honestly, the food here is great. We have literally been ordering from this place a few times a week for over a month now. Then I had the misfortune of having to actually call there, and both people I spoke to on the phone were so rude. There was no customer service at all, just combative attitudes. I called because Eat24 had informed me that this place charges for crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese, adding $6 to my bill. When I called to say never mind, I didn't want or need $6 worth of condiments (which were listed as free condiments on the website, like every other pizza place ever), they acted like I was bothering them and argued with me. Seriously, worst customer service ever. It's sad because we love their food, but I won't be ordering from them ever again.

I'm sorry to say I would not order from this place again. dealing with the employee on the phone was not pleasant, you could tell he wasn't happy to be working there and made the order process difficult. I asked what beverages they carry, he answered "what do you want, coke." We ordered 10 hot wings, they came plain. No sauce on them at all. Asked for ranch, received bleu cheese. Mozzarella sticks came with no dipping sauce. On the bright side the pizza was enjoyable. But all in all, I would go somewhere else.
