I had a great first time experience with my father. We've driving past this Popeyes for a while. When we came in it was clean and high maintain. We told the cashier, Willie, that we needed help picking something to eat as our first time. She was so nice and had the patience to help us and had total control of the restaurant as she greeted customers coming in. The food wasnt dripping in oil which is was great. 1àHad we not had some where to go quickly, we would have picked a second meal. 😏

Food was NOT fresh, Biscuits were as hard as a hockey puke!! and when I NICELY told the lady who took my order that she got my order wrong she had an attitude. Like REALLY!!😒 YOU got the order wrong not me. Like don’t get mad at me!! I didn’t tell you to work at Popeyes. Never will go back.

Friendly hostess’s, very slow line crew. Took 30 minutes to get my “fast food”.

Terrianna was great very professional. On the other hand the score would have been higher if we had not seen the manager on her personal phone talking and not focused on her guest. The conversation was more important to her.

It's always busy when I go there. Whether it's 2pm or 8pm: I haven't ran into any issues with this Popeyes. By far they are one of the quickest, friendliest, and fresh Popeyes I have went to on the west side of Orlando. I definitely wished they served banana bread pudding like the one in Hollywood California 😊. Yummy 😋
