Awesome restaurant with great tasty sushi and ambiance - both indoor and outdoors. Service was excellent too. Definitely recommend this for happy hour or dinner.
...2nd time around here : sushi is still great but we ended up with a lousy waiter with bad attitude. Dropping star level down 1 notch.

Service is inconsistent. We were regulars here for a while, but there was one terrible server that we got twice in a row and it was just too much to tolerate. We got appetizers before drinks and 50/50 chance we’d get any of the items we ordered, and he ignored us while spending a lot time on his other tables. On the second time, it was so bad we decided to leave and get dinner somewhere else and we complained to the manager, who we were becoming to know through our frequent visits. Sadly, he only made excuses for the poor service... he was busy etc. Really?? We never had any problems, even when busy with our regular server. The manager only offered a free drink on next visit. When you make the experience so terrible, there’s no next time. Especially when no one takes responsibility. The manager is young and immature. We would kept going there on a weekly basis if only they cared and made an effort to fix the issue. Don’t recommend this place.

Nice place. Good service. Good tea and miso soup. Ordered the Chirashi, and I expected sushi rice. It didn't seem to be so. I'll probably give it another shot and try something different next time.

Everything was amazing! From the hostess to the waiter. Mitch was our waiter & he was incredible, very helpful & enjoyable. We definitely will be back when in Orlando!

I've been to a few sushi places, and honestly raw fish is raw fish. Since there isn't any spices on it, unless the fish is just better, it all tastes pretty much the same. Seito sushi has two unique items about it though. First the location in Baldwin Park is very nice. Right on the corner in the heart of downtown Baldwin Park. Second (and most underestimated) is the pan seared salmon. Ask for the teriyaki chicken but ask for salmon instead of chicken. It was probably the best salmon I've ever had. The only way to describe it is like fried chicken, but with salmon. It was so juicy and skin was so crispy. Make sure you ask for the sauce on the side though because the sauce isn't that good on the salmon. Good place for a fancy or casual date night. There are a few gluten-free sushi roll options too!
