Most of the drive in car ports were broken so we ended up going through drive thru. This, too, was broken so anytime the person on the other end spoke we mostly just heard loud squelching. When we did get our order it was correct but sloppily made.

Food is awesome. Def hits the spot when craving fast food. Lots of options and the tater tots and delicious. I actually prefer it to the usual fast food spots.

Pull up at 10:22 on 7/30/17 at the speaker. We are asked to please give him one minute. So we so said okay and have been sitting here and he forgot about us. We had to pull back then back forward. Thanks Xavier for forgetting the customer. It's now 10:30 and our order is just now being taken. He didn't even apologize he just acted like we where a new car. He looked stoned to be quiet honest. We waited for our order and got it at 10:34. Not long for the food but seriously....8 minutes and Xavier forgot about us. Not cool man. Next time stop worrying about getting ready for closing time and maybe we wouldn't of been forgotten about.
Last night came and got the carhop classic and the girl working the night shift on 11/1/17 offered we didn’t even ask she OFFERED would you like French fries, Tator tots, or Onion rings with our carhop classic. Which I was happy because their onion rings always taste like funnel cake which is odd... so I chose fries , this makes me want to come back again . So today on 11/2/17 I come back at 4:00 p.m and order the same thing with French fries the guy tells me it HAS to be onion rings even after I tell him I got told something different yesterday. They need to get it together. I keep trying to give this place a chance it’s REALLY hard. Jesse the manager needs to get his crew together for a meeting and go over protocol I’ve already had to speak to one of his crew mates once because he wouldn’t speak with me directly . Poor management .

Cuckolded. Underwhelmed. Negligent. Troublesome.
These four words best describe my most recent experience with this establishment. The iced cream machine, the sole purpose of our late night rendezvous, was down to be cleansed a whole 20 minutes before closing. This is a travesty and shall not be easily forgiven. Although some coupons for free shakes would completely change my mind.
This has turned into a completely useless nocturnal trip. Thanks for nothing sonic, unless you come through on those free shakes.
