I've been to this Steak & Shake hundreds of times over the past 15 years, at every hour of the day in every state imaginable. i can confidently say this Steak & Shake more than deserves your business, it thrives on it; At 3AM on a friday night, parking lot full of idling cars, milkshake blender whirring away, drunken woman crying on the curb outside - there's nowhere else to be.
Reliably good food, quickly - though be prepared to wait at busy hours, dinnertime 2am rush, etc.

Just came back and had a great experience. Service was great and we had coupons. We both ate for $9.00. Back on recommend list.
Came in this morning and had a good experience. The server was attentive and food was good came before I had my second sip of coffee. Keep it up management!
The absolute worse breakfast experience in a long time. Simple order. Two over easy, crisp beacon. Pancakes and coffee. Not many patrons. Took forever to get the warm coffee. Then another forever to get two eggs over well and undercooked beacon. No butter for pancakes. Sent it back and still took forever and finally cancelled.
The issues are poor management and inadequate training. The attitude of the servers and the manager was very good but at the end if the day, wasted time, money and very frustrating time out. I try to support our local establishments but this is just terrible. As you can see from the other reviews, it is beyond one bad visit. Won't be back.
Back today, 05, 2017. Another terrible experience. Server took my order, when came, she never came back for the milkshake I said I wanted with my meal. I asked another server to please find her. After a bit, she said she couldn't find her. I then went to the manager. I'll never go back. Terrible service.

Had a great time with my Mother-in-law and husband. Food was very good, timely service and restaurant was clean. Shakes were great as usual!!! I got my first peppermint chocolate chip shake of the season.

We were here at around 10pm after arriving at Orlando international airport. The server was extremely friendly and the food came out quickly and was hot. It's a typical burger and fries (which are very thin shoe string) kind of place. I think that they have side salads, but you're really not coming here you eat healthy. My gripe is when we went to pay, the credit card machine went down. The manager tried several attempts to reset it. At this point, we were waiting longer for this than it took to get our food. Our bill was about $20 and instead of him just saying it was on the house, we had to go to the Wal-Mart down the street, buy gum and get cash back then go back and pay. When we went back in, we did notice a sign saying "cash only", so at least they were forewarning people. They are open 24 hours.

My family loves it here. Good prices and amazing milkshakes. Happy hour 2-5pm (weekdays only) half off Milkshakes. Kids eat free on weekends for every 9 dollars spent.
