3 weeks post Tummy Tuck, I am extremely pleased with Dr. Kenrick Spence his nurses and staff! I was well informed by Dr. Spence and his staff as what to expect post surgery and went in to the procedure well informed and fully aware of all possible side effects. I highly recommend Dr. Kenrick Spence and his practice for your Plastic Surgery needs. Love my results thank you Dr. Spence!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Hillcrest Dermatology & Plastic Surgery. My experience began with Jackee, who was incredible, thorough and walked me through the initial booking, payments, etc. She was easy to reach and communicated with me the entire way.

I went to see Dr. Michael McClure to inquire about a breast reduction. I also had one breast that was an entire cup size larger than the other. He was patient, went over the good, the bad and was truthful when it came to discussing the things he could not predict. I was appreciative of this because I was able to make a decision with all of the facts.

Dr. McClure was patient, he did not rush me, it felt like a consult from a man who truly cared about my procedure. I could not find a lot of reviews and info about him but I would like to change this because he has exceeded my expectations.

My surgery was on December 28th and I had a bilateral breast reduction. He told me he was not certain he could get the breasts to be the same size but he would try. Six weeks later, my breasts are healing perfectly and to my surprise, they are pretty close in size. It is quite an amazing feeling. I have no neck pain, they look beautiful and I could not be more pleased.

Throughout the process I also worked with Beverly. She was my life line. Before the surgery, she gave me checklists of what to buy, what to eat prior to surgery, etc. I felt very prepared due to this information she provided me with.

After surgery, I called her at least once a week to "make sure this was normal". She was a phone call away and was like a mama bear letting me know "it was normal" and little things I could do to help with the after effects of surgery.

I am now six weeks in after my surgery and I feel a little emotional writing this. This surgery was something I have wanted, I have needed for over a decade and this team has been amazing throughout the process. I would recommend Dr. McClure & his team to anyone looking for a recommendation. I could not be more satisfied with the results and more thankful for this experience.

Dr. Spence performed a neck lift, or lower rhytidectomy procedure on me in mid December 2016. From the first phone call to his office, to every visit with Dr. Spence and his staff the experience has been amazing.

I did a ton of research prior to deciding to have this procedure so I felt well informed before I set out to schedule consultations. The consultation with Dr. Spence was the best I received out of the 5 I went to before making my final decision. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING to you, which made me feel confident in his abilities and at ease about the surgery. He and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable.

The entire process went extremely well. I had some complication a couple of days after surgery on my left side. That side was just not wanting to drain like it was suppose to. Dr. Spence took care of it immediately and saw me everyday for a few days to make sure everything was ok. I never had to wait in the waiting room, they took me right back to an examining room and Dr. Spence came directly in to see me on every visit. I am amazed at the attentiveness he and his staff provided me. I have low iron so my bruising was a little more than what someone can typically expect. Dr. Spence monitored my progression weekly to ensure I was healing properly. He provided me with weekly treatments to break up the bruising so that I could heal in a timely manner.

I am 1 week shy of going to my 6 week check up and I could not be more thrilled with the outcome. I have been self-conscious about my "turkey neck" my entire adult life (I am 50). My jawline and neck look fantastic! My research and my gut told me Dr. Spence was the right surgeon for me, I am so grateful to him.
