ALL of the staff members are well trained, very pleasant and most know your name when you walk in,
My massage Therapist is TL and they DON'T GET ANY BETTER!!!!!!!!!! She is very good at her job, and personable, love dat girly-friend of mine

Kevin was awesome. He really listened to my concerns about the problems and pain I have been having months after my a car accident. He taught me a technique to mentally loosen up and not become so tense. during the message.

Erica at the front desk was also a charm! very responsive and made sure to take me step by step with everything (since I am new to massage envy) they have a great membership plan that's definitely worth it for those that need a monthly message without breaking the bank.

I will be coming back to see kevin regularly, thank you erica for the recommendation!

How I feel about massage envy is ZERO STARS

I really want to rate this a ZERO ...They told me if I canceled I can use the accrued visits I paid for which were 8 massage sessions in one year that I paid for and did not use. So today I call and Megan tells me it expires within 30-60 days after cancellation... ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! as long as they get $70 monthly they do not harass you but now that I want to go get a facial and use my 8 pending visits I CAN NOT!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR MASSAGES .. GO SOME WHERE ELSE LIKE HAND AND STONES .... I basically lost $560 dollars ...

I went there with a very bad sore feet, and just wanted my feet done, nothing else, and the person mostly did my legs and some of my feet. And then they wanted me to go on this other thing monthly payment. And they just want money, I would 100% not recommend these people at all. Big waste of time and money
