Keep finding them closed when I try to go or self tanning booth broken etc etc
It takes forever to get in and out because they are distracted putting people into contracts with paperwork ....frustrating

I had an awesome experience. My first day as a member they showed me each service in depth, recommended what I use and when, and even game me free lotion to use! Also the price is very reasonable compared to what I paid back in Ohio.

This place is awful. If you go, make sure you never sign a contract, as it's much wiser just to pay the (too-high) prices for ad-hoc sessions than get caught in their ridiculous contracts. If you should decide that it's worth the price difference, READ EVERY WORD. My fiance and I actually had to move due to a sudden change in work circumstances and were charged two additional months for absolutely ZERO services rendered, which with the added cancellation fee of $50 each, was over $300-- TO STOP GOING.

Also, those $42 bottles of lotion they sell, are on Amazon for $7.50... Stay away.

Their posted hours don't mean a thing. They show up and open whenever they feel like it, but never tell you that when you're signing up. Bill also stated contract is month to month, but it's really a 12-month and they will penalize you if you try to cancel after you figure out their game. BAIT and SWITCH!! Bill is a liar and hides behind wife Joni. Ask him a question and he will fumble through some nonsense answer not to mention a creeper...60-year old guy running a tanning salon...I'm sure there are cameras inside watching us tan too...eww!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAN ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I absolutely hated my experience here! The sales girl was extremely pushy so I refused to buy anything from her and absolutely dreaded every time I saw that she was there when I would go to get a tan. I decided to stop going to this salon and moved across town so it was difficult for me to make time to go back to this location to cancel. I called and spoke with a sales girl and was told that everything was taken care of and that she cancelled my account. I still am getting charged a ridiculous amount for a membership that i cancelled and no longer use. I decided to speak with the owner about this and was called a liar and treated like a piece of trash. You would think a business owner would be more understanding towards his customers and do whatever it takes to keep business. but oh well some people just don't get it. so if you like bad orange tans and pushy sales person and a rude owner that will take advantage of you then this is the place for you.
