LISA did not do the simple thing I asked her to do. I had been letting my hair grow for a month and a half and I went in just to get the bottom of the sides layered so they didn't look so thick. I told her I was happy with the overall length of my haircut and all I needed was that little bit done. I don't know what it is about hair stylists but you would think they would be happy to cut as little as I ask because it would mean I would be happy and go back again and more frequently.

Yet, she went on to cut more than an inch all around basically changing my haircut. She even inexplicably managed not to layer the sides (the only thing I wanted) leaving it long while everything else was short. Mind boggling. I do not look good nor do I like short hair so I have to let it grow yet again. It's baffling. I guess with her I should have just asked for the opposite of what I wanted.

The salon was easy to find, although the traffic on Colonial is very heavy, I was able to park right next to the front door. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and the salon was neat and clean. I enjoyed the mini chocolate cupcake and the red wine but most of all I love my new hair cut and color, thank you. I will be back!

Just had them do myself & my bridal partys makeup & hair yesterday. They helped me relax & not stress. My hair turned out better than I ever dreamed!!! It rained at our wedding but I loved it! My hair style did not fall flat & I heard everyone there talking about how nice it looked!! My makeup didn't run & they covered a red spot that appeared the night before!!! This placed helped make our wedding the best day of my life!!!

I went to profiles salon to have my nails done before my wedding and to treat my mom for her nails. We got two spa pedicures, she got a spa manicure and i got gel nails, and with tip it came to $240!! I was SHOCKED. I have NEVER spent that much at a salon before. My nails didn't even look that good- I had to fix them when I got home and paint over them with clear nail polish. My moms toenails were smudged the next day, and one of nails came off less then a WEEK after the wedding. My toenails are chipped like crazy, and it's only been less then TWO WEEKS. I was VERY disappointed with my experience here, and will say I will not be going back to this salon. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the nail lady was pretty nice.
