The good, the bad, and the ugly....
Starting off with the good. The office is clean, the office staff is nice, and the office is willing to do cosmetic procedures other dermatologist would not.
The bad... medically speaking I am a true derm patient, I have seen multiple dermatologist throughout my life. This experience takes the cake. First off, this place is in the business of making money. They require multiple visits for something as routine as getting a prescription filled. A prescription I have been taking for over 7 years, the PA had no concerns with calling in the prescription, but would not give me any refills. They will require me to come back and get another consult, just because. No reason provided why I couldn't have any refills, but they will gladly schedule me another appointment.
The ugly... this place will scare you into having unnecessary surgeries and procedures. They are concerned with making money more than your general health. On two separate occasions, the PA or Doctor Palceski made the assistant or the front desk operator deliver the news that decisions made during surgery differed from the discussions pre-surgery. In the end I am left with a huge scar from an unnecessary surgery, to remind me I should have gotten a second opinion. This place will gladly take your money, scare you into unnecessary surgery, and see you every two months to renew a prescription.

I have been to reflections dermatology many times, and would have recommended them, until this last visit. I will not be visiting again, due to them doing a "bait and switch". I feel like I was swindled. I had previously bought a package, which included multiple services. I was told by the receptionist before making this last appointment that I still had a credit on my account for one more service. Since she said I had one more service left, I made the appointment. I went in and had the appointment, which was fine. Upon leaving, the receptionist then informed me that the service was on sale from $500 to $300. I reminded her that there was a credit on my account. She looked at my account, told me there was no credit, and repeated again that I owed $300. I explained that I only made the appointment because I was told by someone in their office that I had a credit. She was not remorseful, nor did she try to correct the situation. I paid and left because I was not given another option.
I followed up by calling the office manager. She took no responsibility for their error and used the excuse that the person who booked my appointment was new at the time and was also not working there anymore. There has been no remedy to the situation, nor did she want to provide a remedy. I'm not happy with any part of how this transpired and would NOT recommend them!

I went to see Dr. Dimitry for my acne problem. He figured my problem and gave me some facial products to use. After one week, I could see the change on my skin. Effective.

Had a horrible experience with a procedure for a cancerous area that Dr. P promised to oversee. I questioned why this VERY young woman did not wait for the doctor to do the application and procedure. I asked specifically where the doctor was and why was he not present. She responded that this is "what she does and he isn't coming in for the procedure ". She ended up burning my skin so badly in areas that I ended up with infections, even after purchased and used all the expensive products that they sell you on your way out. I had to return for antibiotics and shared what happened. No apology given, only tried to sell me more of their expensive product in addition to the script for my infection. To add insult to injury, literally, I had also verified with the front office staff what my costs out of pocket would be and paid up---so I thought, BUT, I ended up with additional charges billed one year later. When I shared my experience the billing department, she was as insensitive and money driven as this physician and his practice. The priority should be the patient, not the money, Reflections Dermatology! Would never go back to this practice.
