I hate that I even had to give one star. Horrible! Hard sell tactics. Absolutely would not listen to my concerns post the WORST treatment. Discussed my case with people outside of their office. Joni lied to other people telling them that she refunded my money when she had not even offered! Even told friends that she used the wrong size canulla on me. My skin was ruined and I'm going on my 6th month of post hell. Not to mention that when you question Joni she sits there and yells at you. I mean SCREAMS. And in front of someone she was "training". Super professional. I finally found a wonderful, compassionate doctor willing to help me but this has been on going since June. We do aesthetic tweaks to avoid down time. June to now going into November isn't exactly what I call no down time. Have been totally embarrassed to go out as she caused dents in my face, skin damage hyper pigmentation and broken blood vessels EVERYWHERE she worked. I should add that I wanted nothing to done to my cheek area and she took it upon herself, while I was on the table, to use PDO threads under my eyes and cheeks. After the swelling went down I saw the dents and damage starting on my skin and begged her to remove them and she refused. My last complaint to her after giving her a chance to fix this was right before the 4th of July. I never heard from her again until I contacted her in September asking why she was telling people she refunded my money. THEN she wants me to see HER doctor who I had never even heard of. By then I was already under treatment of another physician and had no desire to have another face off with Joni the hot head or trust her in any way, shape or form. BEWARE and just go somewhere else. Trust me on this. I should have known when any time I was in her office or drove by they were empty. Expensive lesson learned as small claims court is next.

Lumps and unsymmetrical lips from injection, currently consulting a MD to fix what I paid hundreds of dollars for. Save your money and your face by going to a MD first.

They are welcoming and have a nice variety of services. Helpful and friendly staff and the Doctor is quite knowledgeable.

We are so lucky to get this here in Orlando! Got a tour today! Very excited about the Cool-Sculpt. Also they do not dilute the affordable botox. They also have a full body stand up cryotherapy chamber, RIGHT HERE IN BALDWIN PARK! My daughter has arthritis so I will be bringing her here to relieve her next flare up. Great staff and it feels and looks like a spa but I enjoy the confidence of the on staff medical expertise. Very sweet staff!
