Best ride and customer service at a Great Price. Better then All the other local Taxi Companies. I Highly recommend their Service.
Sad to say Corporate Office decided to close their Taxi operations in Orlando.

I used this company as they were having a special flat fee rate $10 within x miles. Great! Went out for drinks everyone but myself was buzzed so I ordered the cab. Confirmed the price and the address, got to the location and driver guy tells me its $25. Had to threaten to call the office and put the manager on the phone to confirm the price. I shouldn't even of paid the $10 at that point. Reported the guy because he was trying to scam us and pocket the extra money because we had been out drinking and thought he could get away with it. Thats why ill use the app service companys from here on out.

Fast service! Very friendly and helpful driver! Much better than East Orlando Transportation who NEVER TEXTED/CALLED ME BACK, and NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! And 10/10 Taxi was the exact same price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 Taxi.

If i can rate a negative I would. I have no idea how or why this taxi service is still in business! My pick up was scheduled the day before. Called them the day of at 8:00am to confirm. Was told by 10/10 that I was all set and someone would be out to pick-up well before my children's doctors appointment which was scheduled for 9:30am. My pick-up time with 10/10 was for 8:15am. Let me tell you that this has been one whirlwind trip to hell and back, then back to help with these people. 8:45 passed. Nothing. Called them was told someone would be to my home in 15 min. 9:00am came. Nothing. Called them. Stayed on hold. Finally rep said that she couldn't find an order for a pick up. I called back spoke with another rep who found the order who stated that someone would be to my home. At this time it's about 9:30am. 10:00am comes and goes. It's now 10:30am. Nothing. I just gave up. It's ridiculous. Please save yourself from these ppl as they are rude, inconsiderate, and can care less about their customers!!!!

For about 2 weeks I thought this cab service was the best! I used it for 2weeks work my 1
2yr old daughter with no problem. One driver refused to pick me up because my daughter did not have a booster seat. I know it's the law but please tell me who walks the streets with a car seat!? I wouldn't be so pissed if this was my first ride this is like my 50th ride with these people and no one has said anything about my daughter not being in a car seat! Since they are a taxi and so concerned then maybe they should put a booster seat in every car! It's unfair to me now because I can't go to work thanks to them!
