We were scheduled to leave for a trip at a certain time main reason we made reservations. Upon arrival there was one employee working at the front desk, place was filthy with a weird odor, waited over an hour to get our rental, reserved a full size vehicle ended up with a mini van which costed us more gas, then had to wait for the van to be cleaned due to all of the vehicles on the lot wasn't cleaned prior to them opening and we were told we would receive a 15% discount for our trouble in which we requested from frustration, once $200 deposit was credited to my account the 15% wasn't. I will NEVER make reservations at this location again

The staff is always great! Occasionally, early on a Friday morning cars will not be returned and I am unable to pick up my reservation on time. The staff is always apologetic and often offers a class upgrade when this happens. What else can they do if renters are late returning vehicles. This is my preferred rental car facility in the greater Peoria area!

I love the downtown location.The staff is always very courteous. Everyone there knows everyone of its customers. Whenever something goes wrong they are expediant about resolution. I don't want to rent a vehicle from any other rental agency. Thanks Enterprise Rental for making every rental a great one....Ms.Cropp and Family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cars were clean. I would definitely recommend this location and we will rent from them again.

If you talk to anyone here ASK FOR THEIR NAME and write it down. Called a month before my intended rental date and asked if the trucks they rent out can tow small U-Haul trailers. Agent said yes and that a lot of people rent them for this reason. Placed my rental reservation. Weeks later I showed up at 8am to pick up a 7:30am rental and was told the truck was not there yet. When they asked me what I was doing with it, I was told that none of their trucks have trailer hitches and that only vehicles located in Iowa did... All the lady at the location would say is "do you know who you talked to here?" No, it was a month ago when I called. Will never rent from again after the misinformation and stupidity of employees at this location. Educate your employees as to the possible uses and options your vehicles have before customers commit plans and make reservations.
