I took my son for the first time on an emergency basis. They were wonderful at keeping him calm, explaining what he needed to know and do and helping him to understand what was going on. We've since been back 3 or 4 times for regular cleanings and I will take my younger son here as well when he is ready. LOVE them! I would recommend them to any parent.
