They are not cheap at all my bill goes up all the time, they are always telling you one thing then doing another and you end up paying for it even though it was there fault. I got my car towed and driving with no insurance when I started with them they told me I was ok to drive, not true I was pulled over next day showed police my insurance he said no its not showing you have insurance costs about 900$ to get my truck then my bill went up next month no help from them at all. I didnt even want to give them the 1 star but had to, to be able to write the review.

For the past 4 months when I call to find out how much my bill is the phone just rings and rings, I never receive a answer. So the representative gave me her personal cell # and she don't answer that either. Soo I end up lapsing and IT'S THEIR FAULT!! I get charged the restatement fee they can never waive it. It's getting very old. Then when I call for other insurance quotes this lapse shows up and hurts my quotes! Other than all this bs the one representative is very friendly that's why I gave it 2 stars!
