Randy Begole and his team are an outstanding bunch! They are always friendly and welcoming of my calls. Randy really invests himself in the people he serves. He takes a personal interest in them and works hard to meet their needs. I am proud to know Randy and would highly endorse him! He is a good man, a great person to do business with and a great community leader.

Randy Begole is an excellent agent who really cares about his clients. I appreciate his staff following up with me to make sure that I have the coverage I need. Randy is very reliable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for business or consumer insurance.

Randy is not only an outstanding agent, he is also an incredibly generous member of our community. As an agent, Randy always takes time to educate me and explain my options without pressuring me to buy anything. He is very responsive and friendly. His staff is wonderful and helpful. He is very outgoing and generous with his time in the community. At any volunteer event I attend, he is always there leading or helping out.

Randy Begole is the most worthless agent. I would highly recommend finding someone else as an agent. I have made two claims and not once actually talked to my agent until I specifically requested it. When I did get to speak with him, he pretty much blew me off and told me that I needed to do my part which is what I was trying to do. I will never recommend this agent to anyone. EVER. I am paying way too much in insurance every month to be treated the way I have been treated. Oh wait, maybe they're unhappy because I only have car insurance with them and I'm not paying them enough, since I continuously get calls from his office about switching my home insurance over to the company. Never going to happen.
