Best experience with a restaurant I've ever had! And first time eating at joes! Waiter was phenomenal, outside view was gorgeous, right off the lake, beautiful scenery for night time. Absolutely enjoyed everything about it.

The food was great, as it always has been. The waitress was hospitable, food came out fast! It's always fun at Joe's!

Very enjoyable! Great food great service. Very pricey but then again we didn't have to add on tip.

This is a hard review to write, mainly because a one liner would fit perfectly to describe this location of Joe's Crab Shack. In short, it's bad, below Red Lobster, and possibly a close second over what ever washed up on shore. Now, I have been to other Joe's Crab Shacks and they were good, clean, and had decent food, but this location was not that. The first thing was the overall cleanliness of the place, I understand they are going for a look, but it doesn't need to feel like an actual shack with sticky tables, food under the table, and torn seat cushions. The second was the food, I had an order of the steam pot, and when it got to the table, it was warm, borderline cold. By then end of the meal I had probably half a plate of food I was no longer interested in eating because either it was lacking flavor, or it was just cold. I would not recommend this place, at least this location.

Left hungry but spent alot. I could of went to red lobster or Hooters and had more crab legs and paid less. Service was average at best. The prices and service reflects in the fact that the waiters and waitresses are making almost $15 and hour. Tasted good is my only good thing I could say about this place.
