Great food but a small serving of fries. I've been there 2x and feel like a $15 hamburger is a bit pricey. Wished they served a few more sides? The bottomless fries concept? My daughter said we're supposed to get refills. Have never been offered. You've lost a customer here in East Peoria Illinois

GREAT FOOD! We love Red Robin. The service was a lot slow this last time we went. It appeared as though they were understaffed for lunch. Usually faster service. Our server was super friendly but it looked like she was overwhelmed. The Taco Burger was AWESOME. My wife and I both got it and loved it with the bottomless sweet potato fries.

This location used to be our family of 5's go-to but the whole experience has been a steady decline. Our latest bad experience was an Saturday afternoon visit (around 3:30pm). Our son's burger came out wrong, which happens and isn't a big deal, but it took a solid 20 minutes to come back out. The rest of the family was done eating and waiting on second orders of bottom-less steak and sweet potato fries. The fries only came out as we were preparing to pay our bill, but we're offered with a box because we were very clearly done eating. The waitress apologized several times for the wait on the fries, stating they had to "be made fresh" which is good but over an hour long visit with NO refill on bottom-less fries is disappointing. We were visited by the manager on duty who brought out our son's new burger with an apology, and our two servers were very sweet, but it's hard to pay so much for an overall poor experience. Chik-fil-A is very close to this location and for a third of the price would have provided the same experience. We will definitely think twice before choosing the East Peoria Red Robin for a family dinner again.

Wish it had been built a little bigger. Always is packed and crowded but the food makes up for it. Great appetizers and drinks too.

This location has THE BEST WAIT STAFF! They are so energetic and friendly!! I've never had a bad experience here, they try very hard to make your meal a good one! The food is always prepared the way you ask! Plus who doesn't love unlimited fries???
