Kristie is awesome. She did an amazing color and fixed the botched haircut I had from the last person who cut my hair. I look forward to many more appointments with her

Extremely unprofessional. I called the salon to ask one questions regarding installation of tape in hair extensions. The lady at the front desk said she was not sure what the prices would be, and gave me the number of Kayla who was trained in extensions and told me to call/text my questions to her. I text Kayla asking if she would be able to install extensions I already had, and she promptly responded asking if they were tape in. I responded yes, and asked again if she could install these. Her read receipt was on, and she read the message instantly. I waited 5hrs to text again to ask if she received the message. She again read that message and never respond. It blew my mind how unprofessional this was, and not to mention they lost a customer on top of getting a bad review.

After getting a cut here, I had to go to another salon so they could fix the poor cut I had. They also tell you AFTER you get your hair cut that they do not accept credit cards - there's no sign or anything indicating they do not accept them. I heard two different reasons why they did not have a credit card machine which makes me question the truthfulness.
