I love East Side Animal Hospital and all the staff there. I have brought several of our pets(family members to us) over the years to them and they have treated them like family too. I was shocked to see a few reviews on here saying anything other than Great JOB! You have my loyalty and always will. Thank you for taking care of my special ones.

Always good service and friendly. The doctors actually take the time to discuss their exams of your pets and possible medications. A very nice service!

For the past 10+ years, we have taken all our furry family members to Eastside Animal Hospital in East Peoria and have never regretted the choice.
They have cared for our family from the adoption of new fur-kids to the stress of serious illness (diabetes to name one) to the sadness and loss of euthanizing our old. At each step they have treated us with respect, taken into account our family budget and have always discussed with us up front the costs associated with medical care of our 4-legged kids.
They have always practiced up front estimates for medical procedures, they have taught us how to care for serious illness (again, the diabetes) and have respected us by talking like we have some sense in our head when caring for our pups. I have never felt uncomfortable with any of the doctors or techs at Eastside and have recommended Eastside to my friends and relatives.
Anyone who knows us knows how we feel about our fur-family and we trust the people at Eastside Animal Hospital for the care they have given us.

Techs are rude especially that Beth that says she has been working for 8 years. No customer service etiquette at all. I agree with other folks there that they are only in it for the money. If you take your dog somewhere else for vaccinations, if you have a request, it would be either it is the law not to give information to you as a pet owner or other excuses. The Dr. Turnbull and the other vet could be okay if you are not for the money and you take responsibility for your techs that are rude, instead making them work there for 8 years. She should have been fired when she actually hung up on me because her excuse was there are patient's waiting when my dog is a patient of theirs too and should be accommodated
over the phone as well like everybody else and being rude to patients that has their pet there since a puppy.
Please....bring your pets somewhere else.
