Great take on a cheese steak and hefty servings on a budget. Good bloodies, great mimosas and 5$ specials on both for brunch. Beat the lines and go to Abbaye.

UPDATE;
I wrote the below review over a month ago and decided to give it another shot because the waiter had said it was an off day the day that we went. My girlfriend loves this place so I figured.id give them another shot. Came in and it was much calmer and our waiter was extremely nice. Ordered the same food and it was much better and extremely satisfying (Texas abbaye). felt bad for the negative review so I figured I'd update because I feel the below review does not truly represent the restaurant on a normal day.
Iwas going to refrain from writing a bad review due to the fact that the restaurant was so busy but couldn't. I ordered the Texas abbaye and they drizzled some gravy on it so I asked for more. I was told there was none left. as I was leaving I noticed the waiter was bringing out an order with sausage gravy on it and was disappointed. Never going back to this place and I've been here over 10 times so far. If they are busy stay FAR away.

Decent food. Not impressed with their prices. They advertised $4 bloody mary but they charged us $5. Same with mimosas. Not a super great deal given the area.

These guys make their buffalo seitan wings in house and they're delicious. They also have a great brunch menu and the service is so friendly. It's got the chill, relaxing feel of your neighborhood bar with better food than you'd expect.

My favorite spot for brunch. It's never crowded. The food isn't too fancy but it's delicious and feels very homey. Also amazing drink specials for brunch, super cheap compared to the surrounding options. Love the complimentary muffins.
