God awful experience involving tons of paperwork! There were two different sets involving credit card as well as the driver. What is the point?! They are just trying to save money on hiring people to greet you at a desk when you arrive.
The worst part was the owner's completely bitchy attitude. Her customer service and manners are a total wreck. She is more interested in being right than in trying to be understanding to the customer. NEVER AGAIN.
Besides, we didn't save anything by renting their crappy car. Do yourself a favor and just go to a more professional company, and book the car with the flight.
