Horrible service!!!!!!!!! Representative at the counter was completely unprofessional the entire time, even went as far as to share my personal information with neighboring rental companies at this location! He was very nonchalant and reluctant to cooperate with me and provide actual insightful information the entire time! Horrible, would not recommend this location to anyone!

This may be the fourth time I've rented from Budget. Never had a problem. Good customer service. Changed my drop off time three times without a problem. The car was nice and clean.

I had a great experience with them and got a discount on top of that, I rented a CTS Cadillac 2016 for my niece prom. That car caught all eyes.. I will rent from them again
