I am never going back to this establishment. Management (security guard, waitresses, usher including the cashier) speak to you like you are in the hood trying to do some shady business unbelievable. My wife and I got tickets but had to wait since the theater wasn’t ready and when we finally did go in, it was filthy. Even the seats were dirty and we had to clean it. And the chef needs lesson on how to make decent food because this establishment has good looking menu but really bad food either it’s not cooked right or over cooked. Then they automatically charges gratuity as if I am in a five star restaurant. I do not mind that only if we were receiving service to that level. Overall horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone else to go here specially if you are bringing your family with you.

Beautiful atmosphere. Loved assign seating. Food was good. Was a little skempy with the pretzel bites though. Overall a great experience. Will return again.

The movie theater is a lot nicer than it was about 15 years ago. This was my first time back in many years. Unfortunately, the staff inside the theaters were rude unorganized. Another customer was given the same seat as me in a nearly empty theater. Instead of simply telling the other customer to choose another seat. I was told the solution was to go back downstairs 3 minutes before the movie started to sort out the issue. That was ignored, because I was already seated. The other customer found a seat after the staff examined both our tickets 3 or 4 times, without properly resolving the issue. However, the staff at the entrance were much more helpful and polite when I first came in.

Still the best bar service for a movie theater Good drinks at a decent price. The food is still good . The staff at the bar is friendly and engaging. My problem is with the current wait staff and box office staff.The wait staff service in the theater has declined since the opening. What is lacking in the batch of recent hires is the ability to communicate with a live human beings. They need extensive customer service training.The theater itself still looks good. However the cleaning service crew they use needs to pay attention to details like sticky cup holders,seat rests, and tray tables. PLEASE rinse the floor after they wash it down with whatever product they use I can see my footprints where I just walked
