Old building. Low quality of the rooms, shared kitchens and bathrooms and poor quality/price ratio.
So not a good place to live for long term, it can be ok for short term.

It's an old building that offers housing but things that happen here are pretty interesting. Enjoyed film festival and events that happen here. Best part is the resident gets a free pass to all the events happening here.

I don't live there, so this review is mostly about attending meetings there. The meeting rooms are good, but it's hard to find them and get to them; there should be floor plans *and routes through the various stairs and levels* posted in the lobby. And they are finally replacing the elevators, hallelujah! The cafe is fairly good.

Had a wonderful seeing & listing to Dr.Boyce Watkins speak.. Had a hard like finding the restroom in the place.. like a maze & not many people were around to assist me.. all in all a nice clean environment.
