I honestly called expecting a long wait due to the building being so highly recommended and famous but honestly I was on the phone for no more than 15 mins scheduling a new patient appointment for my son. I really do recommend this office to anyone who needs quality assistance!! FIVE STARS!

Good care when I can get it, but I can NEVER get through on the phone to make an appointment. And if they do pick up they'll put me on hold and NEVER pick up again! This is very disappointing, my child is sick so this makes me have to take her to emergency when it could've been taken care of at her doctors office. Sorry to say but I have to make some changes.

The doctors are all wonderful here. Nursing and admin staff are excellent as well. Love that it is connected to CHOP so it is easy to get a referral/recommendation to a specialist and get in right away. And all the doctors know the specialists as it's all CHOP. We have had total peace of mind for the duration of our kids' childhoods. Finally switched over to a regular practice nearer to us now that the kids are fully grown but we were sad to go and still appreciate all the wonderful care we received over 11 years. Thank you so much.
