This place was great, clean and friendly staff. Great location too, right between Drexel and UPenn, with a good variety of restaurants nearby. It's also two blocks from the trolley and subway, and one block from Market St. so you can easily get into center city by cab. Also lots of great food trucks around the neighborhood if you're into street delicacies. Definitely a good choice!

I can't speak for the interior or service (which I am sure is excellent) of this eyesore, but the exterior completely clashes with the tasteful light and dark brick of Penn and the other buildings across the street. This slate gray hovel looks like it was slapped together from a Soviet era Ikea for buildings. Dull and exceedingly unimaginative, it could have been a C+ effort from a freshman architecture student. Whoever thought this shack up apparently disregarded the thousands who walk by and have to look at it every day. One star.

WOW, what an amazing, beautiful and DIFFERENT hotel from the traditional cookie cutter chain. Modern, sophisticated and elegance from the outside to the room. Amazing rates for being close to downtown and the restaurant is top class. Will only be using this hotel for my stays in Philadelphia moving forward.

Great hotel. Very clean, modern design. The lobby has bookshelves filled with books. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (we had breakfast and dinner). There is also a large variety of other restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Very close to both Drexel and University of Pennsylvania. A short drive to several museums and the zoo. Overall, a great stay, would highly recommend.
