The staff is generally pretty friendly and efficient. But, if you need anything done where you have to bring your car in (e.g. registration / titling) it is a crazy hassle. They are only open during 9-5 business hours and require you to park on one side of Market between 18th-19th. This is one of the busiest streets in Philly during those hours, so you are stuck with hitting the parking lotto or the stressful experience of parking illegally for at least a few minutes. Not a good place to have to bring a car to.

Got PA tags and registration. I was in and out in 18 minutes. Chase was EXCELLENT! Great customer service. WILL NEVER GO TO DMV AGAIN! And unlike DMV they take CC/Debit. Go to AA for your vehicle needs.

It's amazing how much they're able to do here and with a membership AAA really comes through in a pinch. It's a relatively small staff so when they're busy you may have to wait a bit but totally worth it.

Rochelle in the Center City Philadelphia, 1801 Market Street office is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She is the agent who helped us plan our cruise to Alaska. Not only is she thorough, but she follows up and checks out everything. She's extremely helpful, not only with suggestions regarding what you might want to do or what tour in which you might want to participate, but she made sure all of our paperwork was completed and forms printed out. Besides all of that, she's an extremely pleasant person. Rochelle will be my "go-to" every time I plan a vacation.
