Worst insurance I have ever had. Rude, stupid people. Absolutely no idea what they are doing. I am embarrassed that my company and the crappy Obama law forces me to have this garbage insurance.

IBX is clearly unprepared to handle the "extremely high call volume". I have called multiple times, multiple costly minutes on hold each time (several over 20 minutes on hold) over two days, and then got the wrong department once only to be put back in waiting. Should have asked about phone wait time at the informational session I attended. Wish at least there was a mailing address to send in changes. Maybe next enrollment period?
