Super disappointing with their services. I am so done with the frustration of dealing just to get to the medication I need. In reality, if the medication was for me, I would have quit and not even thought twice. But since the medication is for my baby that I am expecting, I have no other option. I was told that I would receive monthly phone calls for a new shipping and I never do. I call myself every single time when I noticed I ran out. Once I place the call and arrange for shipping, I remind them myself about the copay and they always say that is handled separately. One time, the medicine was sent without them checking with me for the copay, then this time, my medicine wasn't even sent cause I didn't return their call yesterday to make a payment. Honestly, my card is on file, I am requesting refill meaning that I have to pay too, wouldn't it make sense to be handled together? Then, when the medicine don't come on time, I have to cancel the appointment made with the nurse for another time and hello, we are busy too, rescheduling is not always the easiest thing to do for the next day or so. Bottom line is that I give it the two stars because this medicine is something I need and they are providing me with. Today when I told one of the representatives my frustration, she was very nice and apologized and for that reason they deserve the 2 stars but pharmaceutical companies are making a lot of money with us. This is not free for me or the insurance and I do expect a more effective process and professional care.

Awful place. I got my medication 1 week later.Send it to a wrong address and blame me for that.They just don't care about their customers.

Caroline is an EXCELLENT customer service rep, and should be recognized for her hard work. I'm not sure what an experience with Acro is like as a patient, but from the doctor's office perspective, we have had no trouble- especially when we get to speak with Caroline!

I'd give them less than one star, if I could! I have been dealing with this company for two years now and have lots of negative experience. They NEVER return phone calls. Not sure why they even have voicemail options. They don't get your medicine shipped out half the time to the right place or the right time. I am constantly calling them to make sure things are done properly. It's a shame they are a medical company and deal with something so important. Unfortunately, I have to continue dealing with them because my insurance company won't let me go elsewhere! :( Avoid this company, if you can.

Capital blue cross made me deal with this company directly. They would not release my medication until I paid for it - very fair. However, they would NOT return my phone call so that I could give them a credit card, they would NOT contact me via email, so that I could send them a check, they would NOT send me a paper bill so that I could pay it and get my medication in a timely manner. I left them a voicemail TWO WEEKS AGO and nothing. I contacted Capital Blue Cross and complained. Then I needed the medication six months later......

AND THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING. I am absolutely powerless against this company that does not know the meaning of customer service and getting your medication in a timely manner.
