100% would say no. The restaurant owner was rude and so was the waiter. They never once smiled instead they began arguing with us on how many dishes we had to order. We asked for something as simple as iced water and their response was "you should've said that earlier". We ordered three dishes to begin with and they said w head to order more. As customers I don't think the waiter should be telling me how many dishes to order. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
