One of my favorite places to get lunch in Philadelphia. Service is always fast and friendly. And falafels are delicious.

We normally try not to re-visit restaurants when we go on trips - especially in a city like Philly where there are just so many great restaurants - but we couldn't help it with Mama's... The falafel is too good. We visited around lunch time on a week day - the line was out the door (seemed to be mostly people picking food up during a lunch break) - but they are so quick to serve their customers that it only took maybe five minutes for us to get to the front to order. Don't get discouraged thinking they are "too busy"!!
