UPDATE!!! Called in to make an order and lady on phone was extremely rude. Not sure what dirty gutter she came from but I refuse to spend my money where people are obnoxious. When I called she instantly answered phone with an attitude, i proceeded to ask about a family special and there was a long pause, as if i was talking to myself. I simply said,"hello?" To be sure there was no disconnection, and the reply was With an nasty attitude "Give me a minute!" You don't talk to customers like that. Due to poor customer service from someone who clearly doesn't want to be there working, I will not be ordering from Papps. Can't trust employees like that with ur food and I can't give hard earned money to an establishment that doesn't care about the quality of service.

This place has Been around since I was a child. Food is always good. Love thier pizza and affordable prices. So far no problems with food or service.

Best pizza in the Wynnefield/Overbook neighborhood. We always order the large cheese w/extra cheese. Fresh, soft dough, cheese is delicious; we love their pizza. The other stuff they have is ok too.

Very good food, no matter what you order it's good. Been with them since they opened on 52nd and Girard Ave. Met the father and Sons and still going strong. Makes a mean Fish Hogie and Onion rings and the Steak Sandwiches are very good too ! Pizzas are great too now that their completion is now out of business, Westside Pizza ! Papp's is # 1 again !

Bad customer service, let me explain. We ordered "Bacon Cheese Fries" and only got cheese fries with no bacon. We called them and said our issue and they said "Don't eat the cheese fries, we want them back for when we give you the real order of bacon cheese fries"... Why would they want them back? It's not even the point I'm trying to make that I want to keep them. It's the fact I got some food and want to eat my full meal I ordered!... Also they may re-use older food when I come to think of it... Be careful about these guys that's why I give them 1 star!!! Bad customer service is horrible because they may spit in your food or WORSE!
