Friendly, diverse, but menu is GONE. Cheap drinks (order at the bar, pay at the bar), Asian, limited, menu (order at the kitchen, pay at the kitchen). No table service whatsoever, very smoky, but very friendly. Not sure when the place stopped their food and decided to outsource.

I'd like to start by saying this is the best family run Restaurant/Bar to visit for anyone near or far. Located right next to the tower theater, this is the best place to come and eat AMAZING food and have a few drinks while you wait for your show. This establishment has been around for a long time.. Same owners... And everyone is very friendly. Their cook, Joanne has been here for about 6 years and she puts love into every plate she serves. The owners, (grandparents) are very sweet people and Mary also prepares a lot of the food that comes out of the kitchen. Crabcakes are awesome! Burgers are great! If i could give Waterford more than 5 stars i would!
