I can't never get my food the way I want I ordered a garden chicken salad and I wanted bacon how I always get it from anywhere else she gone state they don't do that sad got to find a place that do

Only reason I gave them a star is because it would not rate without one. It took 2 hrs because the driver was lost. Then when I received the food part of it was wrong instead of a large stromboli they sent a small dried up nasty pizza. When I told the driver he said its nothing he could do because they were closed and left. When grubhub called West Point Pizza the next day a refund from the place would not be given. I would have had to go directly there for a replacement. Why would a refund not be given it was an error on their part. I will never order from that place again and will let everyone else know about their bad customer service after an error on their part.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered buffalo wings and a strawberry milkshake. The wings were small and soggy, the milkshake was tasteless. This was my first and last time ordering from this place
