Used to be a beautiful place to walk around. Last time, not so much. Turned into one big food court.

It is an attractive, and presumably historic building, with diverse concerns located within, ranging from the Philadelphia Mexican Consulate to mainly food court type businesses. While it is not a tourist destination, it is an okay place to rest and have a bite to eat.

This is a nice and old building to visit, which had lots of different stores. Unfortunately, it is being remodeled and you can only see part of the first and ground floors. Bathrooms were quite uncleaned.
