I went there for over two years. My hair is still on my face. I would normally go for the first appointment of the day, and was usually left waiting in the hallway for someone to arrive at the office (then had to wait for them to set up the office). I paid for a lot of treatments but still did not see any results. The techs would say they spoke to the manager and she suggested moving the appointments to every 3-4 weeks instead of 6-8 weeks. This went on for awhile until I actually spoke to the manager myself- she had no knowledge of my treatment plan or any notes made about the techs talking to her. Why would I doubt her techs? She would not refund any money. Be very careful with their contacts and make sure you get everything in writing. Be prepared for the treatments not to work.

These girls gave me the run around regarding seeing results, being a non-reponder, and getting a refund. Don't waste your TIME, Money, or HOPE...Inconsistant methods used and you will get burnt!

I have been taking my daughter to the ALC in Philadelphia for a almost a year. And, had terrible experience with the earlier manager. But, recently things changed. The new manager Kate McGowan is very pleasant and accommodating. The center runs more efficiently. Overall there has been a tremendous improvement since Kate has taken over. I commend her for her good management style.
