This might be the worst la fitness in existence. Oh where to start? First is tiny and misshaped for an la fitness. It's dirty. There's no sinks in the restroom to wash your hands. Filled with juice heads who do their weight. If it's too heavy to set down normally, you shouldn't be lifting it. No juice bar. They have a boxing ring though and a cute front desk girl. Plus there's no 30 pound dumb bells they go from 20 to 35. Odd. Also just found warn water from the fountains with no water pressure. And no hand sanitizer.

Been going here for about 6 months and have never had an issue. Don't expect it to be like a suburban LA Fitness with all the extra amenities (pool, racket ball courts, etc.) - but it makes up for it in character. Lot of regulars go here and everyone is friendly. They also recently added more staff and a new power rack.

The location is convenient with great parking. The facility is clean. The training staff is great. I enjoyed being trained by Anthony and Frank.

La Fitness is a good place to excercise and dance to music. With their high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi you can listen to radios and music videos without a skip. Getting a membership is easy as 1, 2, 3! Just sign in whenever you walk in and you go in and just workout.

They have a Silver Sneakers program and are very welcoming. It IS very busy and very trendy which may be great for for workout buffs. I'm a newbie of a certain age and it's a bit fast paced for this old gal.
