Great furniture shopping experience at Grossman’s. Cindy our sales rep. was extremely helpful & knowledgable during selection and very friendly. The furniture delivery went smoothly as promised & on time. The delivery team was nice to work with and careful to not scratch the newly painted walls. They even dusted the furniture after setup. We are impressed with the quality of the furniture, it looks excellent in our family room.

Almost all of my furniture in my home including bedding, I have bought at this place for last 20+ years. Their pricing is very resonable and their service is excellent. If you like something somewhere else, they will find it and provide you competitive pricing. You can't go wrong here.

Great quality furniture. The return policy made me less nervous about ordering online, but I don't think I'll need to worry about that! Excellent customer service made getting my questions answered painless. I have already recommended them to friends who love our furniture!

I have been looking for a wall-hugger power recliner for small room and was delighted to find what I wanted at Grossman's. Cyndi was knowledgeable and took lots of time to show me different models. They had a recliner in the store but I wanted a slightly different model so I ordered a Palliser, Jasper 31 and it was delivered in 6 weeks. Delivery was great; Grossman uses professionals who set up the recliner in my home. The product is exactly what I want; thanks Cyndi!

AJ helped me find a TV console that was exactly the piece I had been seeking for a long time. Delivery was also easy and sooner than anticipated. Added bonus--parking spots available adjacent to the showroom.
