Great for inexpensive, decent quality home furnishings, convienent location with a tasty cafeteria and snack bar to boot. Check out the scratch and dent section to the left of the checkout lanes for former display models and odds and ends, sometimes you can find a great deal on already assembled furniture and parts there.

The restaurant is actually a kind of chill and secluded place during the week. Not a bad spot to get work or reading done with a cup of coffee.

The negative is that you will need to leave your larger furniture purchases unattended (or with a friend), drive to the pickup area, and lift all heavy furniture over a metal protective fence (which keeps the carts from rolling into the lot). Kind of frustrating to deal with.

AVOID weekend and evening visits if at all possible. Checkout lanes are ALWAYS understaffed. Always.

UPDATE 9/2017
Served Chicken Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes cold. WAY under acceptable food storage temperatures. I don't want good poisoning. I can't recommend the food anymore until it's stored at acceptable temps. Health hazard.

Salmon products in the cafeteria are fresh and delicious. Git talked into trying them by a friend. Some redemption.

My last visit was wonderful. I was anxious because of the heavy furniture I was buying
and dreading the fact that I have to pull out all those boxes by myself. Lo and behold I was helped from start to finish by this wonderful man working at the warehouse area. I thought his name is John but I am not really sure now. He is African American and without his help I just don’t know what I would have done. The
5 stars are for him only.

Great store. Door front pull up loading area is a great help. Entire store designed for convenience and easy flow from one area to the next. They have pretty much everything here and the employees really go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. They'll happily give you a direct phone number or email address to follow up with an issue. Very good personal service. Shopped here many times, nothing negative to say.
Also, a great place to eat a nice meal while you're shopping or any time. They have an actual sit-down restaurant as well as a hot dog/pizza stand by the registers. (Try the Swedish meatballs)!

Its a great store like most IKEA's I've gone to. Location is a little out of the way. But for all your home needs at a reasonable price, its the place to go. Staff are hit and miss helpful. Some greet and ask if you need assistance. Others, hag in their "work cliques" not attentive to proactive engagement with customers.

If you get lucky, products can be a steal. If you get a defective item like I did, good luck getting in touch with customer service let alone getting your exchange or replacement. Had me waiting all day for a delivery and no one showed up, no phone call. Today I FINALLY got through to a rep and they basically told me they had no idea where my furniture is... they "don't know what happened to the truck." Seriously??? I've been calling like crazy and no one picks up, been on hold collectively close to three hours. I just want my money back at this point and want to take my business elsewhere, which is a shame because I like IKEA products when they work as intended!

EDITED: They eventually delivered the goods but on their own terms. It is nice that I was given 365 days to exchange my futon and after all was said and done, they delivered the new frame and mattress and removed the defective pieces for free. I was never able to get back in touch with anyone on the phone myself; so I went with whatever delivery time they mentioned on my voicemail. The lesson I've learned is to not use their delivery service! I went back yesterday and they do have great products for a great price, I can't deny it, but I brought them home myself this time.
