Great buissness... called today for a queen and a box spring and spoke to a nice enthusiastic woman on the phone and got a great deal with fast delivery. Couldn't of been easier or with a better deal.

Had bad back pain I finally figured was due to my pillow top mattress. My boyfriend called at 5:00 pm, we went to meet the guy at 6:30-7:00, picked a Simmons extra firm 12 inch that retails for over a thousand but paid only $500. It was delivered free around noon the next day. I was a little nervous about bed bugs but it's been 6 weeks and all is well.

Needed a mattress for my new place in South Philly. Read reviews and decided to give this place a try. Called the number and Ed said to stop by. Not your typical mattress shop. Basically just a warehouse with mattresses piled up, but the mattresses are great quality and at deep discounts. Donna was super nice and showed me the only queen memory foam they had, a Simmons Beauty Rest, and said they could deliver it for free in about 30 minutes. Perfect! When I got back to my apartment I later realized my bed was actually a full!! By this time, Donna and her partner were already at my door with the new mattress. I explained my mistake and apologized for having ordered the wrong size, but they were so cool about it. They took the mattress back without any problems and said they could get a full to me by tomorrow since they didn't have any in stock. They actually made a trip just to get me one and it arrived the next day as promised! I got a Simmons Comforpedic memory foam mattress for only $400. It is so comfortable. I sleep like a baby. Thank you Ed and Donna!!

After finding South Philly Mattress online, I was a bit skeptical because everyone seemed a bit too happy and there were a few reviews from people who said they got ripped off which scared me. I reluctantly left a phone message and a text that I needed a queen mattress set. I spoke to the owner on the phone who told me where and when to meet him. I was very happy to see they had some great mattresses at wonderful prices. As for the people who said they had money stolen, I tried to pay for my mattress as soon as I picked it out and I was told I should pay when the mattress was delivered.
About five hours later, I got my mattress set. They helped me move my mattress set into my apartment and I put the frame and bed together. Everyone was so friendly, nice, and professional. I am very happy with the quality and price of my new mattress. I feel I was treated with respect as a customer and I know I will definitely go back if I need another mattress and I will tell all of my family and friends to go there when they need a new mattress. I wish I could give this business 10 stars.
