I made a reservation in July to pick up a mini van on 9/29/2017. When I got to EZ rental at 730AM, they told me they had no cars including mini vans available. I would have to come back within 4 hours. My reservation was supposed to picked up at 8AM. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They did try to get me to rent an SUV for 20 dollars more a day. I would highly recommend using another company. PLEASE REMEMBER THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH ADVANTAGE RENTAL.

Worst place to rent a car!!!! All they do is try to hustle you! Go to another rental car place! never rent from them! worst service ever. After calling about additional charges on my bill that I didn't agree to and wouldn't agree to. (Traveling is a lot when dealing with family, getting to where you need to be so sometimes you don't have a moment to look through everything plus the business of the airport is a lot to taken in... )so once you get a chance to look at your bill and discover charges that you didn't agree to and to be told it's to late you signed the agreement. My first time renting from EZ and my last time. Good deal at the time now $140 more not such a good deal! Seriously folks I have never wrote a complaint about a company before in life and I'm 45 and have rented cars numerous times I tried EZ for the first time and wish I would stuck with dollar rental. What reserve is what I get and what I pay. No fast talking no one trying to upgrade me or switch me vehicles. After reviewing the additional charges I called customer service and was put on hold for 30 minutes just to talk to customer service -than to be told they will call me back. Which I was surprised I even received a call back. Going over all my details and the manager saying she will call me back the next day.. which I called them back after two days..another 30 minutes on hold to be told sorry you signed a agreement. I don't have a problem paying my rental bill I just have a problem with the additional money added on and told basically to bad.... worst customer service ever, worst connection on the phone and to the guy mike that was so rude to me... lesson learned! I will never again! rent from this place!

I was impressed from the beginning with this business. They were very helpful taking care of a unique situation that we had. The car was great as well as the people. Would rent again from this group!

Oh, man; I'm glad I read these previous reviews before I drove in to get my rental.
This is obviously intentional fraud that the company repeatedly entices customers with the claim of unlimited milage, only to say it's not after the customer gets the car. Unlike the other angry reviews, I called ahead the night before to learn this scam is real. I've attached the screen shot of my email reservation confirmation "saying unlimited mileage".
I didn't let their staff upset me. I told them I'm not playing along with their runaround to cancel the reservation. I just called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I have the proof, both in my reservation confirmation document and the history of customer reviews here, that this business attempted to defraud me as it has onto others before me. Now, I just gotta get another rental from a credible business I'm I'm back on track.
