Great service, great price, great location! We travel to PHX regularly for business and always get a Silvercar. Only wish there was more locations, so we could get Silvercar on more of our travels.

Silvercar is awesome and everyone at the Phoenix location was fantastic. They made it super easy for this newbie with just enough explanation. They were efficient, polite and I was in and out in 10 minutes, which included moving the car seat. AMAZING! I will never go back to traditional car rental. This was superior in every way.

Great experience renting with Silvercar. They only physically check your driver's license on your first rental, All subsequent visits after that you can just walk up to any A4 and unlock with your phone app. For local renters, they allow you to park your car in their lot until your return.

My wife and I took a trip to Phoenix, AZ and had an A+ experience throughout the entire rental. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our first-time transaction flawless. The process from the airport to the rental facility was easier than any other rental company. They picked us up outside the rental car facility and drove us to the Silvercar property. The gentleman checked my ID and credit card under a minute and we were on the road. We did not have to deal with long lines or worry about being without a vehicle.
When we drove out of the lot, the car was clean, drove smooth, and was easy to use. The navigation system was helpful to get around and Sirius XM was great to have on the road. We loved the car and the entire experience. We will definitely be using Silvercar in the future.
