Office person at the front desk was a bit rude and over charged me $201.00 and when I questioned her billing price, she said it was correct. Got the statement of benefit from Cigna and sure enough, I was over charged. Bianca was more than helpful to resolve the credit and was able to put it through that day. Bianca turned an inconvenient experience into a positive one. Changed my rating to 4 stars just because of how she handled it!

11/2015 : They did surgery on my right eye and botched it. Instead of correcting the muscles that attached to the eye, they made it worse on the other side. Now I have floaters in my vision permanently and changed the vision from myopic to far sighted. They were also not forthcoming in what the full COSTS would be at the outset of surgery. The doctor that treated me was also not very prompt in appointments. I would advise, based on my experience, to seek better physicians.
