Trying to get immunizations & told by Mercy Care phone rep that both Walgreen's and CVS accept Mercy Care. But staff at both places say NO. Frustrating!

AFTER TALKING TO A MERCY CARE OPERATOR,, ALL MY UESTIONS WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.. THANK YOU..

If you need someone that doesn't know you or your medical conditions to make your health care decisions for you this would be your first choose. However if you choose to make your own decisions get Healthchoice. I requested a provider catalog a full month ago, still haven't received, they did however make that choice for me. A clinic, never would I choose a clinic to start with, but they seem to think that I can't read or make my own decisions about my health care. I need medication that I can't get because I can't get in this clinic for two more weeks. Mercy Care doesn't give a damn what your needs are. Worst insurance company EVER EVER EVER. GOING BACK TO HEALTHCHOICE. Today.

Mercy Maricopa takes pride in blowing off and exploiting people who are getting behavioral services, doing their best to ensure the process is as difficult and inaccessible as possible since they know that any one with behavioral health care needs who is also on low income health insurance is not a true human being deserving of dignity,respect, and reasonable

I had issues with drs failing to take me seriously. Mercy Care gave me an advocate who helps get me the treatment I need. I was suffering 6 years before they helped make my drs accountable and myself of course. If you are having issues with coverage usually it's because Drs don't do notations properly and it was a pain but I wasn't going to allow drs to make me feel bad for their mistakes and always get all your notes! And I knew I was suffering from Hashimoto's and I have severe allergies so it's a pain but we can not allow drs to just practice medicine without following through and it's a pain.
