Melinda Stec was very courteous and patient with me. Every time I sent an email or called she replied back to me. Even though I got impatient at the end of it all she still was helpful. Also her supervisor Dan was courteous as well and my claim was taking care of within two weeks. Thank you Melinda and Dan for being there and helping me with my claim.

I have a claim that U-Haul has claimed liability for and Repwest never investigated the claim but denied it not knowing that the U-Haul manager was waiting for them to call.Not resolved yet but I'll call the BBB and file a complaint ONLINE if they don't resolve this ASAP

Their person hit our car. A month later, still no check to repair the damage and no emails.

Repwest insured my storage unit in Philadelphia. When I moved to Boston, I found that much of the furniture had been damaged. Although the process took awhile, the company reimbursed me for my loss. Prior to going through RepWest I had attempted to work with my homeowners policy. RepWest had far more professional folk on the case than my homeowners company. Great follow-up and responsive adjuster. This process has made me re-evaluate my homeowners insurance carrier. Perhaps I should move into a storage facility 😀

This place is a complete ripoff. My belongings were wet while being in storage. Due to the fact I live in Ga and the company is in Arizona it took days to contact anyone after my initial call. We couldn't make a date to meet so against what I felt I left my key at the facility. Only to have the adjuster they hired here lie and say that some of the items I listed on my claim weren't even in my storage unit. Items can be replaced true but it's the customer service that sucks majorly. Lesson learned the blessing is having one more thing off my list. I don't plan having to deal with this again. And if so I'll make sure my renters insurance covers my belongings.
